And yet, rural India has never been considered a launchpad for globally relevant startups.

We are the world’s first residential agentic AI venture studio, based in Pottalpudur, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, dedicated to nurturing first-time founders from across India to build global technology startups from the powerful rural soil of Tamil Nadu.

Every cohort admits 10 high-potential individuals who are paired into startup teams of 2. These are real companies, with real missions, and real accountability.

Our 120-Day Program

We compress 2 years of startup building into 4 months. Our curriculum is structured around 6 stages:
 

Founder Development

Leadership, resilience, decision-making, and team OS. We engineer the psychological and strategic core of each founder.
 

Problem Discovery

Real-world research, ethnographic interviews, and field sprints. Each team finds 3 painful, underexplored problems rooted in lived experience.
 

Solution Ideation & Validation

Rapid prototyping, user testing, A/B experiments, and iterative refinement—powered by agentic assistants.
 

MVP Development

Full-stack MVP builds, LLM integration, real-time feedback loops, and launch.
 

Go-To-Market & Traction

Distribution strategies, cold-start growth, agent-powered onboarding, and community loops.
 

Fundraising & Scaling

Investor readiness, pitch design, term sheet simulations, and Demo Day with aligned capital partners.
